Travel plan payment is final after 24 hours of received request.
You may cancel up to 24 hours from package purchase with no fee or penalty. Refunds will be made back to the form of purchase.
You may request changes or additions via email. See package description as it varies from plan to plan. This would be an additional fee.
All information required on the request form must be provided in order to make the best plan that works for you.

Remember you may always split the package fee with your guests, however only one form of payment if allowed per transaction on Planned Voyage.

You are entitled to a consultation before we proceed with planning. Please indicate this on request form. A representative will give you a call to go over all inquiries. At this time you may choose to
proceed or cancel. If consultation is rendered, you have an additional 24 hours to cancel for a full refund.
