What locations can I send a request for?

Planned voyage will generate a travel itinerary for any location. Local to you or international. There are no limits.

When can I expect to receive my travel itinerary?

Within the timeframe specified by each plan. See details on plan selected.

How will I receive my travel itinerary?

Via Email provided. It would be a detailed template PDF format that
can be saved or printed.

Can I get a refund on a plan?

Yes. A Plan request can be cancelled for a full refund ONLY if the refund request is sent within 24 hours of Planned Voyage receiving the request. Email us within 24 ours to cancel a plan. After 24
hours, there will be no refund as our team would have begun

Can I share my travel itinerary?

Yes. It can be shared with your travel group and reused for a later
similar trip.

What if I have adjustments I need to make after I place the Request?

Email us via info@plannedvoyage.com. We know changes could occur, which is why each plan has a specific number of days in which you could make adjustments for no extra
charge.

What do I do if I want to make adjustments/changes after the plan is in progress?

If you need to make changes outside allocated window, it would be an extra charge. See plan detail to note how much extra b charged
for changed requested outside of change window would.

Where do I send an item I no longer need?

for return instructions.

Can I get a refund for a plan after 24 hours of placing the order?

Unfortunately, once requests are sent in, our team begins planning.
We can make modifications within change window for free specified
by each plan.

What can I expect my itinerary to entail ?

Everything the check list says the selected plan will provide.
These would include day by day activities, exploration, relaxation,
etc (customized based on information provided va request form, travel information such as shuttle service, chef service, covid
testing centers, etc.)
